Introduction
Major pollen allergen Bet v 1-A (Bet v 1.0101) causes an allergic reaction in humans. Bet v 1.0101 is a cause of type I allergic reactions in Europe, North America and the former Soviet Union states, observed in early spring.
Description
Recombinant Major pollen allergen Bet v 1-A produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 18,942 Dalton.
Bet v 1.0101 is expressed with a 10xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation
Bet v 1.0101 protein solution is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 200mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
