Introduction
CD57 also called B3GAT1is part of the glucuronyltransferase gene family. CD57 exhibits strict acceptor specificity, recognizing nonreducing terminal sugars and their anomeric linkages. CD57 takes part in the glucuronyl transfer reaction during the biosesynthesis of the carbohydrate epitope HNK-1.

Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Applications
Staining antibody. For staining, use 10µl/1,000,000 cells.
Available Conjugates
This antibody is also available unconjugated and conjugated to FITC. For staining with biotin or FITC-conjugated antibody use 5-10µl/1,000,000 cells.
