Description
SNRPD Human Recombinant produced in SF9 insect cells, is a mixed protein complex containing the SNRPD1 (14,306 Dalton), SNRPD2 (14,773 Dalton) and SNRPD3 (14,739 Dalton) proteins.
Each protein (SNRPD1+ SNRPD2+ SNRPD3) is individually fused to a -6xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation
SNRPD is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.6, 250mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Coating concentration
0.4-0.8 µg/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer). Suitable for labeling of functional groups.
Applications
Western blot with:
a) Anti-Sm positive patient sera.
b) Monoclonal anti-hexa-His-tag antibody.
Immunological functions
1. Binds IgG-type human auto-antibodies.
2. Standard ELISA test (checker-board analysis of positive/negative sera panels).
