Introduction
Casein kinase I gene family members take part in the control of cytoplasmic and nuclear processes, including DNA replication and repair. Casein Kinase 1 Delta (CSNK1D) is a member of the casein kinase I (CKI) gene family. CSNK1D is a vital serine/threonine-protein kinase which regulates diverse cellular growth and survival processes including Wnt signaling and circadian rhythms. CSNK1D phosphorylates a great amount of proteins.
Description
CSNK1D Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 429 amino acids (1-409) and having a molecular mass of 48.9kDa.
CSNK1D is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

CSNK1D is supplied as a sterile filtered clear solution.
Formulation
The CSNK1D solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
