U-snRNPs which are a pivotal part of spliceosomes, are created between small non-coding nuclear RNAs and a protein moiety. Whereas the 7 Sm proteins are conserved, the RNP antigens are exclusive for each U-snRNP subclass.
RNP/Sm Bovine is purified from bovine tissues by proprietary protein-chemical techniques.

RNP/Sm Bovine is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.6, 250mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
