GRB2-Like 3, also known as SH3GL3, is a part of the endophilin family. SH3GL3 contains
1 BAR domain and 1 SH3 domain and takes part in endocytosis. SH3GL3 is a
protein coding gene which drafts proteins with high curvature to
membranes.
Description
SH3GL3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 370 amino acids (1-347 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 41.7kDa. SH3GL3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
SH3GL3 protein solution (1mg/ml) containing PBS (pH 7.4), 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
