    Goats were immunized with highly purified intact cholera toxin. The resulting antiserum was passed over an antigen containing immunoabsorbant from which the anti-cholera was immunoaffinity purified. This reagent reacts with intact cholera toxin, the alpha subunit and the beta subunit.
