Horseradish peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG, Heavy & Light chain specific. Affinity purified and adsorbed against bovine, horse, and human serum proteins. Monospecific for mouse IgG, heavy and light chains, as determined by immunoelectrophoresis against normal mouse serum. Cross-reactivity with normal bovine, horse, and human serum is < 2 percent by direct solid phase immunoassay. Recommended starting dilution for ELISA is 1:10,000 but proper working dilution must be optimized by the end user.
