CMV Pp52 antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of CMV with minimal specificity problems. The E.coli derived 51 kDa recombinant protein contains the CMV Pp52 (UL44) immunodominant regions, 202-434 amino acids. Recombinant CMV-Pp52 is fused to a 26 kDa GST tag. 50mM Tris pH 7.2, 1mM EDTA and 50% glycerol.CMV Pp52 antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of CMV with minimal specificity problems.; CMV Pp52 protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique. Immunoreactive with sera of CMV-infected individuals.
