No. LV900) in that it contains the Lentivirus 2X qPCR MasterMix necessary for the real-time PCR reaction. Please refer to our qPCR MasterMix Selection Guide for selecting the appropriate qPCR formulation applicable to your particular instrument model. The titer primers supplied in this kit are designed for all HIV-1 based vectors detection.
