Description	Extracting and preparing RNA templates directly from cultured cells to be applied as template for One-Step qRT-PCR, with G493 One-Step TaqProbe qRT-PCR MasterMix. abm’s ExCellenCT Lysis Kit is an unique and effective alternative method to provide RNA templates that are extracted and processed directly from cultured cells in less than 15 minutes, unveiling reverse-transcription-ready RNA/cell lysate from cultured cells without the time-consuming and hazardous-chemicals-involved RNA extraction and purification steps. RNA templates generated can then be directly used as template to be applied in One-Step qRT-PCR. The One-Step TaqProbe qRT-PCR system uses a combination of high-quality enzymes in a proprietary buffer system to deliver precise and accurate sample analysis with high sensitivity and superb signal-to-noise ratio. The use of HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase in the enzyme mix significantly reduces non-specific PCR amplification. Coupled together, this complete system provides the ultimate convenience in generating consistent, reproducible, and accurate results from 10-10⁵ cells.
