Description	abm’s AccuRT Genomic DNA Removal Kit offers a quick and easy method to eliminate genomic DNA (gDNA) contamination in RNA samples. The presence of genomic DNA in RNA preparations is often a significant problem for downstream applications. This contamination often leads to false-positive signals and misrepresentation of gene expression levels. This kit employs a brief reaction of your RNA sample with the enclosed Reaction Mix that will effectively remove gDNA without loss or degradation of RNA. The treated gDNA-free RNA is ready for any downstream application such as RT-PCR and qRT-PCR using abm’s cDNA synthesis or RT-PCR reagents.
