Propagation	Use of PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or . Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with the following conditions. The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow X.2 medium available in ABM, Cat. No. TM011. This media is complete with all the supplements optimized for hepatic cell growth. Atmosphere: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide (CO₂), 5%. These cells do not proliferate in vitro .
Quality Control	Transporter uptake qualified primary human hepatocyte are validated by measuring the uptake of known compounds into plated cell over time, via transporter proteins.
