Propagation	The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow X medium available in ABM, Cat. No. TM0113. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum (TM999) to a final concentration of 10% and Penicillin/Streptomycin(G255). Atmosphere: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide (CO₂), 5%. These cells do not proliferate in vitro .
Quality Control	ABM provides cryopreserved animal hepatocytes from a large variety of clinical species. Every lot of our cryopreserved hepatocytes is characterized for viability, stability, attachment efficiency, monolayer confluency and drug metabolizing enzyme activity.
