Arvanil (N-arachidonoyl-vanillyl-amide), an endocannabinoid/vanilloid structural "hybrid". Studies conducted on mice with brain tumors and Huntington's disease treated with Arvanil have demonstrated both decreased tumor size and disease symptoms. Arvanil is reported to induce apoptosis. It is an inhibitor of FAAH. Exhibits vasodilator, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory properties in vivo.Demonstrates antiproliferative activity in breast cancer.
