Description
M3:BaseF? is a proprietary, serum free, highly enriched culture media for stem cells and other fastidious human and mammalian cell types. It is derived from M3:D? or M3:DC?. M3:BaseF? contains numerous growth factors, supplements, and buffers, but propagation of dividing cells may require addition of attachment factors, blood components or serum additives, depending on cell type. M3:BaseF? is used as a basal medium and is antibiotic free (F). Antibiotics can be added. The addition of 10% v/v high quality fetal bovine serum (FBS) equals the M3:10F? formula.
