Description
PCR marker is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragment or PCR products in agarose. Plasmid is completely digested and yields 10 fragments in size (in bp): 1161, 943, 718, 585, 497, 341, 267, 225, 153, 105, 85, 78, 75, 46, 36, 18, 17, 12, 11, 8 (obscure bands).

10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 1mM EDTA. Store at -20°C
6X Loading Dye Solution
10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 60mM EDTA, 0.03% bromophenol blue, 0.03% xylene cyanol FF and 60% glycerol
Usage Recommendation
Use 0.05-0.10μg of the DNA ladder per 1mm width of gel lane
