描述	Normal human serum characterized for the hemolytic function of individual complement proteins Quidel Normal Human Serum Complement Standard is intended for use in antigen assays for total levels of specific complement components as well as hemolytic assays to assess the functional activity of specific complement components. Total, functional hemolytic titers (CH50, AH50) as well as protein specific hemolytic titers and total antigen levels are provided. This product is an ideal standard for functional and hemolytic assays in a laboratory setting. Because it contains EDTA, it is not suited nor intended for use in experiments relating to in vitro complement activation.
储存	This product should be stored at or below –70°C. Storage at temperatures warmer than –70°C is not recommended. When needed, it should be thawed rapidly at 37°C and immediately placed on ice until use. Refer to the Certificate of Analysis for this product for specific handling instructions. Any remaining sera should be aliquotted into polypropylene tubes and refrozen at –70°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze thaw
应用	This product is intended for use in a research setting as a standard material for complement assays. Protocols for the RID, hemolytic and other assays used in the characterization of this product are available from Quidel Technical Service. This product should not be used in experiments where measurement of in vitro complement activation (e.g. complement biocompatibility) is required.
