产品描述	Human serum immunochemically depleted of Factor B. Quidel's depleted sera are specifically depleted of a single complement protein. With the exception of the depleted protein, the alternative and classical pathways are left intact. These reagents are therefore ideal for the detection and quantitation of hemolytically active complement components.
