产品描述	A murine monoclonal antibody to an epitope on C6 protein. This monoclonal antibody was raised against purified human C. It is specific for an antigen expressed both on the native C6 molecule as well as on C6 in the MAC. It will not inhibit lysis of EA and will bind to MAC bound to a membrane. Quidel's C6 monoclonal antibody has been used in a variety of experimental techniques including EIA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry
特异性	The specificity of the monoclonal antibody for Complement protein, C6 was established by ELISA and radioimmunoassay (RIA). The antibody was also shown to bind isolated SC5b-9 and complement-lysed rabbit erythrocyte ghosts by indirect immunofluorescence.
