The raw material for this product was collected from animals in the USA in establishments registered with the USDA. The animals received ante and post-mortem inspections under a veterinarian's supervision and were apparently free from infectious and contagious diseases. At no time during collection or processing was the material commingled with any other material of animal origin. All raw materials are screened to confirm negative for Blue Tongue Virus and Vesicular Stomatitis Virus. During processing this material was subjected to a pH of ≤ 5 for at least 3 hours.
